They are usually a bit later than in the rest of Europe: breakfast (very similar to continental breakfast) between 8am and 10.30am in the morning. Lunch at restaurants is served between 1pm and 3:30pm and supper from 8.30pm until 11pm. In any case, most tourist accommodations adapt their timetables to the European standard and it is common for cafeterias and bars to offer a continuous service for having tapas, combined dishes, sandwiches and portions of different foods at any time of the day.
The business hours are from 10am until 2pm and from 5pm until 8pm-9pm. In Puerto de Mazarrón shops and shopping centres are open in the daytime on Saturday and Sunday, but not in the town of Mazarrón where business are closed most Saturday afternoons and Sunday. It is worth stressing that pubs, bars and discos are usually open until 3am or 4am on weekends.
The municipality has three weekly street markets: on Thursday in the residential area of Camposol, on Saturday in Mazarrón and Sunday in Port of Mazarrón. The usual working hours for these are from 8.30am until 2pm.
Pharmacies are open during the commercial hours. In any case, there are on-call pharmacies in different points of the town that serve the whole night; there are lists displayed on its doors.
Museum, Interpretacion Centres and Monuments have split timetable. Visits from 10am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm in winter and from 6pm to 9pm in summer. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday as they are usually open on Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday.

Post Offices usually have continuous working hours from Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am to 2pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 2pm. Generally, public institutions (Consulates, Embassies, Town Halls, etc.) open from Mondays to Fridays from 8am-8:30am to 2pm-3pm.
